My Services

I support individuals and couples with spiritual, energetic, or emotional challenges (i.e. navigating death/divorce/loss, coping with grief, dark night of the soul, rekindling spiritual connection, connecting with intuition and creativity, etc).

I incorporate Hakomi, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic mindfulness practice, energy work and intuitive guidance, and Soul Collage.

Sessions are $160 per hour.

I consult with therapists, doctors, professional healing practitioners, and individuals who are interested in learning about the healing potential of plant spirit medicine and harm reduction for expanded states of consciousness.

Consultations are $90 for 30 minutes.

I was first introduced to Ancestral Lineage Healing in 2018 at an animist retreat based in Celtic spiritual practices. I also began studying Ancestral Lineage Healing with Dr. Daniel Foor.

Ancestral Lineage Healing is defined as healing global, cultural and intergenerational wounds.

This involves:

• Connecting to the spiritual wisdom of our earthly ancestors.

• Embodying the gifts and blessings of one’s lineages.

• Tending to the dead, that are in need of healing.

Threshold Rituals & Ceremony provide a grounded, sacred and compassionate space for honoring significant life changes or death.

My ritual and ceremony offerings are client-centered and earth-honoring.

These spaces provide space and permission for each client to connect in an authentic and organic way with their spiritual nature and learn to connect to this as a resource through whatever threshold you’re crossing in life or death.
